Death Waiver

This might be a little early since we don't know who is gonna be in yet, but I wanted to do this anyhow.

The rules say to ask your opponent before killing characters, but I think it would be much easier to have on location where everyone can just say if it's okay to kill their characters or not. That way it's just out in the open for everyone to know.

So if y'all don't mind if I could get comments below with a yay or nay that'd be swell. :3
